REFUND POLICY

This refund policy applies to subscriptions purchased through:
 HunoMoney mobile application (Available on Google Play and App store).

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The sender may reverse the transaction for a full refund within 30 minutes of authorizing the
transaction, unless the funds have already been picked up, deposited or delivered to the recipient.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used to pay for the transaction and in
the same currency in which the transaction is sent. Please note that HunoMoney will not make
adjustments for currency fluctuations during the processing of your refund.

2. TRANSACTION ERRORS
If you believe there is an error in your transaction, you have the right to dispute and submit a claim
regarding the error in the transaction. Please contact us through our contact information if you
believe there is an error in your transaction. Please note that you have up to 180 days to dispute
transaction errors.
